I love Publix, I've been with the company for 4 years in the Deli. I just spent the last year in the Lakeland division and I have to say it's been such a miserable experience overall. The managers [District and below] seem to feed off negativity. They go out of their way to promote back-stabbing, ass kissing and blood-thirsty work ethics. There are days when I just want to throw it all way. It needs to change, but I don't know how it's possible with so many bad seeds in this area.
that does not sound very good! I am not sure what you can do, unless you go to the Corporate offices and report them all. or you could try talking to them, unless youve already done that.
